We are currently working on the return to our competitions in July, following the State Government's Covid-19 guidelines, to ensure a safe environment for our members. The dates below all fall after the Stage 3 "Roadmap" date of 10 July.
Team Nomination forms for our Senior competitions are now available, by clicking below on the competition of your choice.
Complete and forward to Chris Rideout - admin@southwestbasketball.com.au by 1 July 2020 to enter a team.
COMPETITION START DATES:
Sunday Night Senior Men – 12 July
Tuesday Night Senior Women – 14 July
Wednesday Night Senior Men – 15 July
Friday Junior Competition – 17 July
Saturday Junior Competition– 18 July
Depending on Basketball Qld's dates for their stages, all games may have a 20 minute break between them, to allow for cleaning/sanitising, as well as the safe exit and entry of teams, to remain under the number of people allowed in the stadiums at any given time.
There will be other changes as well, but there will be more about the new way we'll run our competitions, as we take more direction from Basketball Queensland and the State Government.
